The glimpses move on to him interacting with Imtiaz, filming scenes in front of a green screen and sitting inside a car as a part of filming. After finishing his day's work, he returns to his place of stay, only to repeat the same next day.Interestingly, Amar Singh Chamkila had bagged 10 awards at Filmfare OTT Awards 2024 including Best Film, Best Director (Imtiaz Ali), Best Actor (Diljit Dosanjh), Best Music Album and Best Background Music (A.R. Rahman). It has also earned two nominations at the International Emmy Awards, Best Actor for Diljit Dosanjh and Best TV Movie/Mini-Series.Diljit had previously congratulated his team for the movie's Filmfare wins.
